Standard Android file managers drive us crazy. Moving a file from one folder to another is a major operation requiring many error prone button presses.

 

We decided to make our own file manager that works the way we think. Side-by-Side is the result. It has all the standard file manager function, but shows two panes, showing different folders on an Android device. This makes moving, copying deleting or renaming files and folders a snap.

 

Also when you copy a folder, it copies all the files and subfolders in that folder. Some other managers only copy the folder empty.
